This is a great cartoon but it would be better and more Biblically accurate if in the last few panels to have the man asking for forgiveness to pick up his own cross and then follow Jesus. The Bible does NOT teach that Jesus came to save use from the cross but to pick up our own cross and be crucified with him (crucifing the sinner) so we see him in paradise just like the Good thief.
